At Knack our goal is to create a product that creates real value. We understand you have many software choices and we're thrilled you decided to give Knack your business.
We also get that sometimes it may not work out and you'll need to cancel your account. If that's the case, we ask that you first give us the opportunity to make it right. We'd love the chance to review your concerns and do whatever we can to address them.
The following are the cases in which we will consider issuing refunds.
Examples of full refunds we will consider.
- If your subscription is on a monthly plan and renews, but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that charge. You will need to cancel within 5 days of the renewal and contact us to process that refund.
- Likewise if your subscription is on an annual plan and renews, but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that charge. You will need to cancel within 14 days of the annual renewal and contact us to process that refund.
Examples of partial refunds we will consider.
- If we make a mistake in supporting your application that results in significant downtime, data corruption, or additional plan costs, we'll consider applying a prorated credit towards future payments.
- If you upgrade your plan to access advanced features and discover those features will not work for you, we'll consider applying a prorated credit towards future payments.
For most cancellations no refunds are possible, but often requests can come down to a case-by-case basis. Send us a note and we’ll be happy to consider your situtation.
